IT’S HARD TO IMAGINE EVER DOING A “BEST OF” LIST FOR THE INDIAN OCEAN.

We explored Dubai’s own ode to Manhattan and Canary Wharf from the luxurious vantage point of The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, with a little help from a Rolls-Royce Ghost. Dubai may lack a traditional town square, but at its heart there’s a dizzying array of world-class entertainment and lavish thrills.
