Cross Stitch Gold – July 2019

Many of you will be enjoying the warmer weather at the moment, and possibly stitching outside to make the most of it! Well, we certainly have some bright and sunny projects for you to enjoy al fresco. Summer strawberries anyone? Try Fiona Baker’s delicious-looking fruity basket! Our delicate rose fairy and vivid dahlia cushion are a treat for lovers of floral designs, or why not stop and enjoy the view with our tranquil lakeside scene and coastal clifftop design.
Our favourite project has to be the Alpine chalet – Lesley Teare has brought so much depth and colour to this scene, and I can’t wait to see the next instalment in this seasonal series! Elsewhere, mark those special occasions with a charming wedding sampler and new baby cards – both adorable, with furry friends to help you celebrate!
