Chanel Iman - Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2010

Chanel Iman Robinson (born November 30, 1989) known professionally as Chanel Iman is an American fashion model perhaps best known for her work for Victoria's Secret.

Iman started modeling with Ford Models at the age of 12 as a child model in Los Angeles, California. She flew to New York in 2006 and won third place in Ford's Supermodel of the World contest. Shortly after, she signed on with the agency.

The New York Times wrote a feature article on her, "A Model from Day 1," in which Iman explained that she wanted to be a model her entire life. In May 2007, Iman appeared on the cover of Vogue as one of the world's next top supermodels. Style.com also featured Iman as a rising star in 2007.[citation needed] The same year she attended fashion's biggest gala, The Met Ball, where she was name Vogue's second Best Dressed of the Week in her sleeveless Zac Posen dress. In both February and July 2008, she appeared on the cover of Teen Vogue, first alongside Karlie Kloss and Ali Michael, photographed by Patrick Demarchelier, then with Jourdan Dunn. Iman's other covers include Italian Elle, TIME Fashion, i-D, Harper's Bazaar (Dubai), Lula, Korean and American Vogue, Flare and The Block. She has walked the runway for fashion houses and designers including Balenciaga, Versace, Yves Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, John Galliano, Givenchy, Dolce & Gabbana, Marc Jacobs, Valentino, Dsquared, Hermès, Michael Kors, Dior, Ralph Lauren, Anna Sui, Diane von Fürstenberg, Vera Wang, Jean Paul Gaultier and Stella McCartney. She has appeared in editorials for Allure, Harpers Bazaar, V[disambiguation needed], i-D, Pop, Teen, American, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese, Russian and Korean Vogue. She has appeared in advertising campaigns for high-end brands like , Bottega Veneta, GAP, Victoria's Secret Pink, Ralph Lauren, Express, Dsquared, Rosa Cha.

She walked the 2009 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The following year, she was featured in advertising for the Victoria's Secret "Nakeds" product line. 2010 she is signed with IMG MODELS
