Sarah built her modeling career primarily from showing off her photos on the internet, gaining large followings on Instagram as krotchy (286,000 followers) and Facebook as voxtrott (38,000 followers), although she rarely uses Twitter. Sarah hinted she’s looking to develop her own bikini line with Frankie’s Bikinis. Sarah shot to national fame when she landed the cover of Playboy‘s first non-nude edition of the magazine for their March, 2016 issues.
