In our retreats, I tell participants that each of the people releasing on stage was a mirror. When you watch the video, see if you can notice how each person's story is a reflection of your own life and feel free to release along with these three individuals. The simple exercise of noticing the mirrors that life presents to you can often bear as much or more fruit than the releasing itself.
