Emotional Intelligence

For decades, the pursuit of artificial intelligence has been a quest for cognitive supremacy. Machines were designed to calculate, reason, and process information with a speed and scale far beyond human capacity. This paradigm, focused on logic and task completion, yielded remarkable advancements but left a conspicuous void: technology, for all its intellectual prowess (IQ), remained emotionally blind. It could process our commands but could not understand our feelings. This emotional disconnect has long defined the boundary between human and machine, rendering our interactions transactional, superficial, and often frustratingly inefficient. After years of developing AI to perform cognitive tasks, a new frontier is emerging where it can now be used for tasks that require emotional intelligence.
