Someday Girl (The Someday Series Book 1)

This was such an amazing book! A beautiful story about Jace & Cat. I loved reading this book from both their perspectives, and they were each beautifully written. Cat is a quiet shy girl, still dealing with the effects of her celebrity mother's verbal and emotional taunts. Jace is an ex-marine working as a bartender. I loved the way they fell for each other, even with obstacles and intrusions. I really hated that Jace allowed himself to be controlled by this woman Natalya, a redhead he was with in foster care who he protected. But I was so happy when it made him realize just how much he loved Cat and needed to be with her. Warning, it does end in a cliffhanger, but we only have to wait till October for the next book! I am so happy I read this book, and I look forward to more of Melanie Shawn's amazing work!
