Ok DVD on how to Tig weld pipe. Converted from many (22) VHS with my ATI
TV
Wonder 650 and put together with NERO.
Link provided was the closest I could find due to age of material.

If you ever decide to Tig weld do yourself a favor and buy a "gas lense".
Think back to a Mythbuster episode where they place boxes of straws in front of a box fan to create a wind tunnel.
A gas lense does the same thing, it directs the argon in a smooth straight flow to the weld.
It allows the tungsten rod to stick out much farther from the cup so you can see the weld better!
( after much practice I felt cheated when I tried this $12 part and made as good or better welds first try! Smiliey )

3. Arc Welding
Covers welding machines, AC/DC, DCRP, DCSP, welding; holders and filter lenses. Descriptions and demonstrations of the characteristics are provided for the common welding rods. In-depth explanations of th e fundamentals of arc welding, with close-ups demonstrations. Including arc force, arc gap, rod angles and rod movements. Recommended amperage, provided with close-up demonstrations showing weld puddle too hot right. Using digital editing, we slow down and stop motion inserting viewers exactly where the need to be to watch the molten puddle during the weld. Extremely clear DVD demonstrations of actual weld in flat, horizontal positions using E6010/E6011, E6013 and E7018.

This is a great DVD for beginners to professionals. It is volume 1 & 2 of the SMAW/ARC Welding system.

4. Learn TIG Welding Basics with HTP Welding
This is an excellent TIG welding instructional video produced by HTP, makers of very high qualtiy and high value welding equipment (NOT made in China.)

5. TIG Welding
Gas Tungsten ARC Welding (GTAW) is frequently referred to as TIG Welding (Tungstern Inert Gas). TIG welding is a commonly used high quality welding process. TIG welding has become a popular choice of welding processes when high quality, precision welding is required.

In TIG welding an arc is formatted between a non consumable tungsten electrode and metal being welded. Gas is fed through the torch to shield the electrode and molten pool. If filler wire is used, is is added to the weld pool separately.

Helium is generally added to the increase heat input (increase welding speed or weld penetration) Hydrogen will result in cleaner looking welds and also increase heat input. However Hydrogen may promote porosity or hydrogen cracking.

Here is the long awaited TIG Welding DVD… so all you guys asking for rips should be content with this ones size! Its considerably smaller than the other two. This is the full DVD and is ready to burn and watch on your set top DVD player.
