If you are looking for something inspiring to watch this Sunday evening, might I suggest you tune into The Good Food Channel and enjoy an insight into the lives of one of the most influential culinary families in Britain? For the first time, Albert, Michel sr, Alain and Michel Jr, will be seen cooking alongside each other on television, those of us who have been lucky to work with them will also feature. In 1989 I began work at Le Gavroche and then having spent a year in the kitchens I travelled with Albert Roux to The Grand in Amsterdam where I learnt pastry and bakery, and then to The Point, the exclusive resort in New York state. I am extremely honored to be included in The Roux Legacy series which was very interesting to make, and promises to be incredibly entertaining.
