Five years before his death and after several years of collaboration with his colleague Herbert S. Lustig, M.D., the late Milton H. Erickson, considered by many to be the "father of modern medical hypnosis and brief strategic psychotherapy, completed an historic project - the creation of his definitive clinical documentary. That documentary is The Artistry of Milton H. Erickson, M.D., a two-part audiovisual program showing Dr. Erickson demonstrating his innovative combination of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy with two patients.
