Description
This course was inspired by my Executive and Leadership Coaching clients. While highly technically skilled, these individuals' workplace struggles almost always revolved around "how to be" as a leader. One of the most common issues I address with my clients is helping them shift their workplace habits and time management, from "do-er" to leader. Unfortunately, planning or so-called "soft skills" are rarely explicitely discussed or taught at work, leaving these individuals having to figure it out themselves, which they address most often by working longer hours, rather than working more efficiently on the things that actually matter. This course will teach you how to shift your focus from "doing" to "leading", by helping you see the bigger picture and being more intentional about only engaging in activities that will get you closer to your team's purpose and reaching your goalsĀ  faster. The assignments in this course are far from "busy work". You will only find highly practical and applicable assignments and activities that will not only help you gain more clarity about the direction of your future time management, but will also bring you closer to yours and your team's purpose. My wish is for you to learn some simple, yet effective, tried and true strategies - that will help you be the most effective leader you can be, while carving out some space for yourself.
