Sexual Confidence Program

Women don’t just have sex with anyone. It’s just usually with someone else. Chances are you’ve watched the woman you were crazy about go for some other guy – usually an asshole – leaving you alone to right hand slam it all Friday night to internet porn… again.

1. This is the third of Mark Manson's (aka Entropy) three home study programs.
2. The three programs are used as if Mark is coaching you. The three programs are Approaching Women, Connection Program, and Sexual Confidence.
3. The standard model of PUA Seduction is: Attraction, then Comfort, then Seduction. This program fits into Seduction.
4. This is both inner game and outer game of masculine sexuality. You are expected to watch and take notes of the lessons, then do the exercises.
5. It is expected that you're already doing or through with the other two programs, but judging by the content, you can do them in tandem. If you can consistently do Attraction and Comfort, with or without going through Mark's other programs, this program is also for you.
6. This is not porn. The lesson videos are Apple Keynote presentations that are screencaptured while Mark is doing the talking.
7. There are 18 lessons. Do them bit by bit so that the content is not overwhelming.
