OurTour Downloaded: Our Blog of a Year in a Motorhome

Imagine locking your front door to heading off around Europe in a motorhome for a year. That's what Julie and Jason Buckley did in October 2011.
With a bundle of nerves, a tingle of anticipation and a spark of excitement they and their pampered pooch Charlie, drove away from their home, their jobs and their friends and families to tour Europe for a year in a motorhome.
They kept a blog as they travelled (ourtour.co.uk), updating it daily with where they had been, what they had seen, their thoughts and ideas.
Europe stretched to include Morocco, one year stretched to two and their writing style came into its own as their trip progressed.
Many of their blog followers said they read their journey from the start, so to make it easier to do this, they have put their first year of blog posts into this book. Join them as they overcome new country nerves, discover the freedom of 'wild' camping, learn about European history and discover things about themselves.
During their year they ventured into France, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Czech Republic, Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium and have included GPS co-ordinates of everywhere they stayed overnight.
From the highs of the mountains and desert to the lows of a German car park you'll join them living for a year in a 2m x 5.5m tin box on wheels called Dave.
