Aromatherapy was used in Egyptian times dating back to 3000BC.Aromatherapy offers the enhancement of physical environments for healing, health and wellbeing while allowing for measurable outcomes including but not limited to relief of pain, nausea, insomnia, depression and anxiety.Aromatherapy is an evidenced based form of alternative medicine in which healing effects are ascribed to the aromatic compounds in essential oils and other plant extracts. These compounds are derived from plants.
