This course provides overview of PMP (project management professional) principles and the application of the framework in managing REBOPS (Real Estate Business Operations). Participants will be able to understand how the project management practice is organized into process groups, essential elements, and knowledge areas. They will also be able to draw parallels to the equivalent application areas in real estate transactions. Each knowledge area is explained with practical examples from California Real Estate Industry and the concept of Plan-Do-Check-Act emphasized at each level. The course helps to identify the essential elements of input, process, and output for various real estate activities.The main purpose of the course is to enable the participants to either self-employ or become up-to-speed with the real estate job that they are getting into.
