Whether you're looking for post-workout stretches, or a stand alone stretch routine, this programme takes you through progressive sessions, showing you stretches to enhance flexibility throughout your body, helping you to feel more supple and have greater movement on a day to day basis.There are 12 sessions to complete in unlocking your stretch potential, and really get the most out the programme.Each one build on the previous session, introducing more stretches, and gradually taking each stretch to the next level.There are a selection of warm up routines to ensure that you are warm enough to stretch effectively, and at the end of the programme, there are some additional routines, to help you maintain the flexibility you have already gained.At the beginning and the end of the programme take the Mindful Flexibility Quiz, so you can see how far you have come in reaching your flexibility goals.Stretching should be done consistently on a regular basis to help maintain, or further improve your flexibility goals. This programme encourages you to maintain your flexibility with regular practice, and may also help reduce stiffness, tightness, aches and pains in your body, along with aiding in relaxation and calmness in your body and mind.
