The Peace Practices course is an exceptional program designed to help overwhelmed women, going through challenging times, prioritize self-care and find inner peace; through yoga, meditation, mindfulness & self care practices. This transformative 6-week course is tailored for women feeling overwhelmed and worried, whether you're a mom, caregiver, business owner, or anyone going through a challenging time.Led by an experienced and certified yoga teacher, the course takes you on a step-by-step journey on the path to inner peace. Drawing on years of experience, the teacher has identified numerous self-care practices that have helped her and her students find balance and peace in their lives. These practices have been packaged into an easy-to-follow path that can be completed in just six weeks.The Peace Practices course offers a comprehensive and holistic approach to self-care, helping you care for your body, mind, heart, and spirit. The program includes short self-care lessons, journaling, meditation, and mindfulness practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine. Optional slow flow or chair yoga practices are also included in the program to help you deepen your practice and connect with your body. No prior yoga experience in necessary.  By the end of the course, you'll have learned how to prioritize self-care and cultivate inner peace and calm, no matter what is happening in your life. You'll be equipped with practical tools and strategies that you can use to care for yourself and those you love during challenging times.
