With line managers expected to be the first touch point within your organisation for employees struggling with a mental health problem, you need to ensure that you have the training and knowledge in how to approach such conversations confidently and effectively.During this workshop, you will learn about the importance of having good open and proactive line manager conversations to support employees with their mental health.Hosted by Alicia Collinson, Senior Associate Solicitor at Thrive Law, this workshop is intended to support line managers in the following:· How to approach difficult conversations about mental health with confidence.
