If you are vegetarian, please opt for these recipes. They are clearly labeled in the course outline.All recipes have been used by my family for generations and they have been passed on to me by my mother and grandmother. I am sharing the adapted versions that I cook for my kids, as they are healthier and quicker to make. You don't have to spend ages in the kitchen to enjoy a yummy nutritious meal!
