Description

Foundations level course opens the students to the new world of Operational Resilience. Operational Resilience is already a mandate in some industries and in some countries and is gaining popularity due to multiple reasons - increasing expectations from all stakeholders (customers, employees, regulators, investors, shareholders, and general public), increasing complexity in the business, increasing dependency on technology (hence chances of its failure), and increasing disasters (accidental, mand-made, natural) across the globe. This course takes you to a new journey in this domain, broadly called Resilience! While, currently, more focus on Operational Resilience is in the BFSI Sector, the need is for all sectors. All organisations need it - small, medium, large whether simple of complex, and whether in private or in teh government sector. The course also takes many examples from teh BFSI Sector, but the concept nd principles are equally applicable in all Sectors. Hence, this is the basic need for all.The course is kept interactive based on quizzes, and assignments. Supporting material is provided for post-course reading, along with my commitment of life-long support - please feel free to write any questins to me anytime afterfinishing the course also. If you need, I will be happpy to provide one-on-one coaching too.
