Description

Have you ever known someone who communicated differently than you do?  Maybe they were always focused on details when you were thinking big picture.   Or maybe you know someone that is always planning everything out or or a friend that is always spontaneous.  Each one of those is actually a DISC style!  DISC is a framework for us to view our communication styles and personality.  We all communicate out how we like to be communicated to.  The challenge is we are not all the same! Once we understand the framework we can the apply what we have learned.  The course will review where DISC came from, what are the 4 DISC styles, what is your style and finally how to "flex" out of your style and meet others where they are.  Once we know how to spot styles other than our own, we can take the steps necessary to be more effective with the people around us, friends, family, coworkers - anyone! To guide and confirm our learning there is a DISC assessment, activities, videos and personal discovery.  The session will be fun and entertaining while providing you with the information needed to make your relationships more productive.  It all starts with learning more about you!
