We would love to help you learn to become a beekeeper! Our three experts will show you everything you need to know to successfully manage a hive and harvest honey.  Our video demonstrations will make it easy to understand and handle various challenges with the hive.  Jim Fitzroy, Bob McMillin and Michelle Wright have more than 100 years of beekeeping experience combined and we are happy to share what you need to know.  We spent five years getting all the video to make it easy to understand.  We will show you our routine hive inspection, how to find the queen, how to harvest honey and we'll even show you how two rival queens fight to the death! We will discuss the options you have for buying bees, how to install a hive, the equipment you need, queen bee and her role,  what the worker bees do, and the role of the drones.  We will show you how to do a routine hive inspection and discuss how to handle various problems in the hive.  Our videos also show you how to harvest and enjoy your honey!  Honeybees are so important for our planet.  They pollinate 1/3 of all of our food to keep it plentiful and affordable.  Plus, they make healthy honey for us which has so many benefits.
