Description
This course is designed for people looking to learn how to start meditating and practicing mindfulness. If you're new to meditation or even experienced, getting back to basics is never a bad thing. It helps remind us of why we started meditating. If you're new it helps to teach you the benefits of meditation in guided practice sessions. We dont just talk theory in this course, the course includes guided meditations to help you actually practice what we preach.

On top of the guided 14 day meditation curriculum, we have curated additional healing meditations and short meditations depending on what you need or are looking for. The short meditations are all around 6 minutes in length, perfect for when you want to take a quick break from your workday to have a moment to yourself. The guided healing meditations are more for emotional and mental health than anything, helping you to tap into your emotions, specifically happiness, to learn how to feel those emotions again. Some of us have forgotten what happiness feels like so being able to call that in during a meditation can help teach your mind and body what happiness feels like and help promote it in your life again.

Who this course is for:
- New or beginner meditators will learn how to meditate and practice mindfulness in any situation with any amount of time.
- If you only have 5-10 minutes to meditate this is the course for you
