Description
This course is a crash course guide for the SAT exam, ideal for learners who want to get to the core concepts and examples quickly.  This course has been taught live to audiences of students planning to take the SAT in eight weeks. The course highlights background behind the SAT, general test strategies, content specific strategies to both the English and Math tests, key content refreshers, and walk-through examples of test questions. Instead of "overthinking" the test, you will learn ways to problem solve quickly, efficiently, and confidently in a timed exam (not just the SAT!).

In addition to this course, you will need to access the College Board website (Full-Length SAT Suite Practice Tests – SAT Suite | College Board) to take advantage of their seven free practice tests.

If you're a 10th, 11th, or early 12th grade student getting ready to take the SAT or PSAT, this is for you. The ideal student will also have taken Algebra, Geometry, and some Trig for best results with the math strategies and section.

You will not need to have taken the SAT or other tests in the past.

Since this course primarily covers key background, strategies, and content, it will not address registration questions. Plan to have these questions with a school guidance counselor, or the test site.

Who this course is for:
- The ideal learner for this course is a 10th-first semester 12th grade high schooler. The course is helpful for the PSAT as well, so 9th graders will also benefit.
