Faces of the Deep State: Key People in the Targeted Individuals Program [Kindle Edition]

This short ebook expresses the opinions of this author, and identifies key people with knowledge and control of the worldwide Targeted Individuals program. This includes key government, military, and corporate contractors. Thousands of people all over the world are being targeted and hit with microwave attacks and gangstalking. Their family lives and relationships have been destroyed. Some have been murdered. Some have committed suicide because they could not bear another day of attacks. The program is based on the CIA's MK-Ultra project that did extensive research on Mind Control.

It is unfortunate, there is so much misinformation about who is behind these attacks. This ebook will correct some of that misinformation. These are some of the key people and groups involved with the design, management, and control of the Targeted Individuals program: The Council on Foreign Relations, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Henry Kissinger, Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, National Reconaissance Office (NRO), the CIA Deputy Directors, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base, and the senior officers of these bases. There are many more, but this ebook attempts only a summary listing.

How do we know that the Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) is behind these satellite attacks? The ability to track tens of thousands of people requires a large network of satellites using the latest technology in positioning, navigation, and timing. There is only one organization on the planet that can do that. From their website:

"AFSPC is the sole provider of positioning, navigation, and timing, as well as the bulk of satellite communications to the warfighting community. Lastly, AFSPC serves as the Air Force's Executive Agent for space. In this role, AFSPC is the advocate for space capabilities and systems for all unified commands and military services, and collectively provides space capabilities the US needs today and in the future."

According to Dr Steven Greer, M.D., there are 35 levels of Top Secret security clearance, and the highest levels are called “Q Clearances.” The President of the United States has approximately, level 17 clearance, which means he is NOT ALLOWED to have access to the most important classified material, including the Targeted Individuals program. According to a recent poll by Langer Research, nearly half of all Americans believe that the Deep State exists.
