Description
We designed this program to support you in your healing and transformation journey! It includes videos, an eBook, a balanced diet and a 20-minute workout routine.

During this course, you will learn how people respond to violence and pain, what happens when people feel threatened, internal and external stressors. The impact of negative interpersonal experiences, stress hormones, and how people relieve pain, soothe themselves, and protect themselves, feelings that arise when someone is mistreated by their parents, supervisors, customers, intimate partners, or peers, and the impact of negative interpersonal experiences.

Also you will learn about the healing and transformation process, effective ways to nurture your body and spirit, and what helps people to move towards health, how to slow down the deterioration of body organs and systems, improve your mood, reduce tension/anxiety, strengthen your immune system, improve your digestive health and brain health, and increase your ability to work and learn.

Our objectives are to help you:

Strengthen your identity

Increase energy and inner strength.

Improve cognitive abilities (memory, ability to learn new things, attendance abilities).

Develop your analytical, reflective, and coping skills.

Minimize the impact of stressors and improve spiritual health

Improve depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress injuries.

Take practical steps to help your body, mind, and spirit heal faster, reduce tension and anxiety, and move towards health.

As part of this program, you will also have access to tools that will help you:

Teach yourself how to relax your body and mind

Examine your own behavior. Find out why you behave the way you do.

Look at your inner life (wants, desires, attitudes, values, beliefs), your past experiences, past successes, impacts of negative interpersonal experiences

Study past experiences to strengthen your identity and increase your inner strength
