A Strategy of Constant Change

I got the idea for writing a book on constant change after many years of studying how organizations deal with change - and I came to the conclusion change management cannot be the answer. By driving possible changes through a funnel, and by filtering which changes will be applied change management creates a produced situation where resources count the most and human beings count the least.
