In 2007 Oni Press debuted , a black & white title that detailed just what would happen after the end of an alien invasion, once the planet is finally free. After six issues and an Annual, the book went on a temporary hiatus. Now it’s back as "Volume 2", and this time in full color. The preview issue #0 was released last May 2 during Free Comic Book Day.

What is Free Comic Book Day? Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) is a single day - the first Saturday in May - when participating comic book shops across North America and around the world give away comic books absolutely FREE to anyone who comes into their stores. It was started in 2002 and administered by a panel representing all parts of the comic book industry as a means of giving something back to the reading public for their continued support and patronage of the industry and to highlight the importance of comic books in the fight against illiteracy.
