This is a one-shot special issue consisting of 4 original stories with the subject of course being none other than Logan, the iconic Wolverine, done entirely in black and white. The first story, "Sense Memory", written by Joshua Hale Fialkov and illustrated by Paco Diaz Luque, pits the Wolverine against South Sea pirates in a story of revenge. The second tale, "Unconfirmed Kill" written by Chris Yost with excellent artwork by Mateus Santolouco, finds the rampaging Logan squaring off with an assassin who is also "the best at what he does." "Kiss, Kiss" is a short prose tale written by Robin Furth that features supernatural elements. Lastly, Ted McKeever fashions a retro tale of the Wolverine in a savage land in "Modern Primitive."
