is a four-part miniseries and the first act in the relaunch of 2 lynchpin Dark Horse/Fox comics series, the other being . The release of Aliens #1 was timed to coincide with the thirtieth anniversary of the Ridley Scott-helmed film masterpiece, "Alien," and was preceded by an special for Free Comic Book Day.
