Rock, Blues and Jazz. Influenced by such artists as: Early Eric Clapton, Gary Moore, Carlos Santana, Frank Zappa, Jimi Hendrix and B.B. King. "This album is an eclectic offering of my musical interests with some tributes to some of my favorite artists. I believe that developing one's guitar playing is a never ending journey. To me, it is a combination of painting on a large canvas and playing chess. Always pondering the next move one should make to take the painting to the next level. Making every effort to keep the listener interested in your musical expression. While at the same time realizing that one needs to articulate one's expression in a way that is comprehend-able to the listener. I suppose it's about being "Tasteful". Certainly exemplified by such greats as Eric Clapton and Gary Moore. Great phrasing and technique. I feel that this album is yet another chapter in my journey to make some paintings that will endure the test of time. I appreciate those that choose take a listen. Thanks!"

Jeff Liberman is a guitar player in the best tradition of ’70s guitar Gods like Hendrix, Trower, Clapton or Zappa. The perfect mix between virtuosity and feeling with a gift for brilliant songwriting. Between 1975 and 1978, Liberman self–released three albums on his own Librah label which were some of the first private pressings to gain recognition amongst psych collectors in the ’80s. Jeff Liberman was born in South Side of Chicago in 1954. Coming from a place where Blues and Jazz music has a strong scene, he got inspired by a few local musicians, including Charley Wolfer. “He was great and taught me such songs as ‘Suzy Q’ by Creedence and ‘In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida’ by Iron Butterfly. Just a great player. Other influences are Phil Upchurch, Leo Pucinakis and Ron Seroggin.”

Chicago born Jeff Liberman is a guitar player in the best tradition of 70s guitar Gods like Hendrix, Trower, Clapton or Zappa. The perfect mix between virtuosity and feeling with a gift for brilliant songwriting. Between 1975 and 1978, Liberman self-released three albums on his own Librah label which were some of the first private pressings to gain recognition amongst psych collectors in the 80s. For his third album, released in 1978, guitar wizard Jeff Liberman incorporated to his heavy guitar psych style some cool cosmic funk, soul-jazz and A.O.R influences. Superb musicianship, psych / prog-rock flashes, acid guitar soloing, soulful vocals, occasional synths & analog keyboards, flowing rhythm section.
