The German Thrash Metal scene was born in the 80’s…everyone knows that. But what many don’t know is that SODOM, KREATOR and DESTRUCTION only came to be recognized as Thrash Metal bands after the third releases, when evolution make their music more melodic and technical, and the levels of brutality went a bit lower. In this aspect, Düsseldorf’s Thrasher ASSASSIN could form with the three above a Big Four of German Thrash Metal. And besides the hardships of life make the band spent 17 years without any release, since 2009 the band is releasing albums, and working hard in the scene (even with the problems on its line-up). German thrash metal veterans ASSASSIN release a new album, "Bestia Immundis", on February 7, 2020 via Massacre Records. The disc was mixed by Marc Görtz at Nemesis Studio, and mastered by Olman V. Wiebe (a.k.a. Olman Viper) at Hertzwerk Studio. Dirk Freder created the cover artwork. According to a press release, "Bestia Immundis" is "aggressive, powerful and heavy but also varied, and offers a nice mix of speed and thrash metal with hardcore and punk influences."

"Chaos And Live Shots" contains footage of ASSASSIN's March 2010 performance in Osaka, Japan at the True Thrash Fest filmed with eight cameras. The set also features "bizarre anecdotes and wild film sequences," including words from "Uncle Tom" Angelripper (SODOM), as well as members of VIOLENT FORCE and DEATHROW, original ASSASSIN drummer Psycho Danger (the name says it all!), the band's first manager, and various ex-bassists…
