Welcome to the second anniversary of Auto Today as we take you through an exhilarating journey of over 250 pages. Top Story of the month is a massive collection of over 100 vehicles slated to hit showrooms in the very near future. So go on and prepare your cars and motorcycles shopping plan for the next year. Among the new cars we have a new member added to the Range Rover family as the Ed takes it for a spin in the scenic locales of Norway. Porsche invites us to Canada to experience their first turbo-hybrid in the form of the Panamera Turbo S e-Hybrid and also gives us a go at the Panamera Sport Turismo. Next up is the record-setting Mercedes-AMG GT R as we test its potential at the Buddh International Circuit and also drop the top on the GT Roadster for a fast lap around the circuit. Mercedes then went on to have us experience the opulent S-Class, in Switzerland. Back at home, Hyundai updates the Verna and now threatens to upset the Honda City's game so we find out what it packs for 2017. Two road tests are lined-up this month and both being important new SUVs for the market. The Jeep Compass goes up against its closest rivals from Hyundai and the Tata Nexon takes on the Maruti-Suzuki Vitara Brezza. In the two-wheeled world, we bring you the first ride impressions of the Honda Africa Twin, Harley-Davidson Road Glide Special and the Bajaj Pulsar NS160.
We also spent many days on the road with the Hyundai Creta, visiting the UNESCO World Heritage sites and you can read about the first of a four part story in this issue. We get behind the wheels of the VW Ameo Cup car and find ourselves competing in the national championship round. More competition was experienced at the Mahindra Great Escape and the high-life experienced with a limousine.
