Bruce Freedman is a 71 yr old musician who has played the saxophone, composed music, and has been a part of Vancouver’s jazz and improvisation community for over 40 years.

"I have come to the world of visual art quite late in life. I do collage. My palette is very simple,

I work with scissors, glue stick, and for some things, a photo copier. My source material comes mainly from old magazines and discarded books often found in the thrift store. Like I said, simple!"
