During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the entire body are rejuvenated. The measurable effects of Restorative Yoga, including: decrease in blood pressure, improved digestion, decreased incidence of insomnia and generalized fatigue, and so much more!
In this program, you will learn the art and skill of teaching Restorative Yoga. All aspects are addressed, including the physiology of relaxation, as well as the mental, emotional and physical effects of Restorative Yoga. You’ll learn everything you need to know in order to confidently sequence and teach Restorative Yoga online or in-person.
Our curriculum has an intense focus on traditional training. In addition, our program offers variety in many areas of yoga and yogic lifestyle to ensure authentic yoga programming. We believe in cultivating teachers, not instructors.
NOTE:
For students wanting to fulfill their Restorative Yoga Training certification, and to receive certification by our school, you will be required to access 3 LIVE sessions via our studio platform. These sessions are ongoing, weekly. If you cannot make it one week, that's ok, you can join another week. Inside the course, we provide you with a full calendar of live events, and you can choose events that suit your schedule. As Yoga is about ethics and integrity, we expect students to responsible for their attendance. Cost 39 (thirty-nine) dollars.
