Install Firebase and JSQMessagesViewController Cocoapods
Design and discuss the flow of the application

Implement override functions of datasource and delegates of JSQMessagesViewController
Create profile image like small avatar with 3 initials of nickname
Send photo and display it to our Chat View

Send messages from iOS application to firebase and receives that using observer
Send photo by encoding UIImage to base64 string
