This book is simple and easy to follow, and best of all you do not need a gym to use it. The exercises focus on things yo can do at home using bar bell weights and free weights. So far, the instructions and the photos have been easy to follow. There are nice training plan recommendations in the final chapter of the book- very good for beginners.
This book is the “must have” especially during this time of people wanting to create a home gym. I’m what you call a “cardio hoe” or “zumba zombie” and this book has boost my confidence about weight training.
