How to Design Software with Innovation
In this chapter, I will cover the ways in which product ideas can be formed, explored, and evaluated for startups. These are the essential skills that separate startup product designers from UX designers at large companies or graphic designers whose job scope does not include many of the business and personal considerations.

How to use DevOps in Software Design and UI/UX
DevOps is not just a methodology for developers. Operations too has its share of the benefits pie. With increased automation, operations went from being a mundane job to an innovative one.
DevOps comes into play when you get started with the software development process, which is the requirement gathering phase. It ends when the software retires from service. It will continue to function until the software is used by its designated users. In other words, DevOps is here to stay and stay for as long as services are delivered.

How to Use This Book
In this book, we explain how to design best and user-centric software Products without being a product designer. These products allow us to become better versions of ourselves. This book will lead you through contemplating this vision (or visions), and help you make suitable plans to build the tool.

We wish you to pro-actively learn new skills and to purposefully practice these skills as you go through this book. Throughout this book, we are certainly encouraging you to think divergently. The goal of divergent thinking is to generate as many ideas as you can. Convergent thinking, on the other hand, is a method that arrives at a single (one and only) solution.

Divergent Thinking for Designing Software Patterns and UX/UI
Throughout this book, we are certainly encouraging you to think divergently. The goal of divergent thinking is to generate as many ideas as you can. Convergent thinking, on the other hand, is a method that arrives at a single (one and only) solution. For example, considering all the uses of a brick is divergent thinking, whereas considering what weekday is today, is convergent thinking. However, we acknowledge that it is not easy to create lots of different ideas on demand.

You will find it a challenge to think up 50 solutions now, and even more difficult to create several life-changing product designs in five seconds. However, each of these tasks is possible, and you can create novel solutions, and products that are unique. While no technique is a panacea, there are methods that can help you consider new ideas, and to contemplate new solutions.
